Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.
If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 60 days of purchase and we’ll gladly offer an exchange or offer in store credit for the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. It’s that simple. You must contact us for a return authorization to return items by mail. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to, belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warranties and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge or a maximum 25% re-stocking fee for returns that are not in original brand new condition. Items with excessive wear or damage may be subject to a disqualification and returned back to you at your cost. Your refund will be promptly processed when we have confirmed that your returned item meets these requirements. To avoid return shipping fees, return your purchase in-person. *Limitations and Exceptions to 60-day Return Period
Returns of Used Equipment must be made within 7 days of delivery – Used equipment must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Jackson, B.C.Rich, and ESP Custom Shop products cannot be returned – All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions – All returns/repairs must be adequately packaged for shipment; any damaged equipment will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any items to be found broken or damaged in shipment to you, new or used, must be reported to Chondro Guitars within 24 hours of receipt to receive return authorization for repair or credit.
Abuse of Return Privileges
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong piece of gear. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
International returns will be handled on an individual basis. Please contact us if you would like to make an international return.
